VastgoedCert is a register of surveyors and valuers who have obtained and maintained a required quality level.

By the request for valuation for, amongst others, loan purposes the Dutch financial institutions are increasingly requiring the registration/certification of the surveyor or valuer. A request for the national morgage guarantee "Nationale Hypotheek Garantie" can only be made with a report from a certified surveyor or valuer.

Stichting VastgoedCert is a result of a combination of the previous registers of the "Stichting Certificatie en Registratie Makelaar-Taxateurs o.z. (CRMT)", the "Stichting Register Taxateurs (SRT)", the "Nederlands Register van Vastgoed Taxateurs (NVRT) and the "Stichting WOZ". It is an independant and broad branche platform which is responsible for the registration of certified property surveyors and valuers on the basis of their experience.
